The Service is operated by Aleksandar Georgievski ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Skopje, North Macedonia.
Convergence is an AI-powered decision engine that routes your questions through multiple large language models — including GPT-4.1 (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and DeepSeek — which independently analyse, debate, and synthesise a verdict with a convergence score.
The Service also includes a single AI chat mode with persistent memory, file attachment capabilities, and the ability to escalate any conversation to the full AI council.
Important: Outputs from the Service are generated by AI models and are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are solely responsible for how you use or act on any output.
To access full features you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
Guest access is available with limited functionality (one free run). Guest usage is tracked via browser tokens.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
The Service, including its design, architecture, branding, and software, is owned by Aleksandar Georgievski and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
Queries submitted to the Service are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek) subject to their respective privacy policies. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or trade secrets unless you have reviewed and accepted those providers' terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@convergenceai.app. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.
