1.New Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email hello@convergenceai.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund Request".

2.Subscription Renewals

If your subscription renews automatically and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge for a full refund. We will cancel the subscription and process the refund promptly.

3.Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, if you decide to cancel after the 7-day window, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused months remaining in your billing period, provided the request is made within 30 days of payment.

After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the paid period.

If the Service experiences significant unplanned downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your paid billing period, you may request a credit or partial refund proportional to the outage duration. Contact us within 7 days of the incident.

6.How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will confirm your refund request by email within 1 business day.
